Social Business Innovation Summit, 2026
Yesterday, I attended the Social Business Innovation Summit, 2026 at North South University. It was an incredibly enriching experience that deepened my understanding of ESG frameworks, GRI standards, impact evaluation, stakeholder trust, and sustainable innovation.
The event featured an exceptional panel session on ESG & Social Business: Academic Perspectives, with a lineup of global thought leaders, including:

- Dr. Chien-wen Shen — Associate Dean, School of Management, National Central University, Taiwan

- Dr. ASM Shakil Haider — Dept. of Economics & Social Sciences, BRAC University
A personal highlight was discussing emerging social entrepreneurship ideas directly with Dr. Chien-wen Shen. His insights into global sustainability trends and scalable, impactful models provided invaluable guidance for my own professional journey.
